1. Prep area for boulder feature
2. Excavate 18" hole around boulder w/ a 24" hole for plumb bucket
3. Install underlayment/pond liner for protection
4. Set boulder on level concrete pad
5. Install pump and 5 gal. bucket into 24" hole
6. Plumb pump to boulder
7. Add decorative rock
8. Fill with water
